EMILIE XXV - TREASURE OF THE ARCTIC SEA follows the retired interagency VIPs Agent Charles May and Agent Emilie May - also known as Agent XoXo - to their off-the-grid safehouse - the four season - in Siberia, Fareast Russia. They are preparing for new ventures until they run into The Fantome. The enemy of the French State made a pact with the devil to get French nuclear launch codes from the French arctic fleet.
